You make our Berlin office at Kottbusser Damm a place people actually love coming to — from a freshly filled coffee machine to a warm welcome for new colleagues. You are the heart of the office and the go-to person on the ground, take work off the team's plate, and align closely with our administration team in Pforzheim.
This is a mini-job on a €603 basis with approx. 2 hours per day on-site (Mon–Fri) — ideal as a side job next to studies or other commitments.

Introduction
Your mission
- Keep the kitchen & office running: dishwasher, coffee machine and equipment in shape, accept deliveries, organize the daily food
- Shopping & orders: coffee, drinks, office and cleaning supplies plus small extras for the team — incl. inventory, storage and processing via PLEO
- Mail & deliveries: keep an eye on the post box and occasionally pick up parcels at the DHL shop
- Reception & office access: hand out, collect and reset door chips and keys; friendly point of contact for colleagues, externals and PF — incl. office onboarding for new team members
- Events & catering: support smaller office events and catering setups
- Pforzheim interface: ongoing alignment with our administration team in Pforzheim
Your profile
- You live in Berlin and reliably come to our office at Kottbusser Damm on a regular basis
- You are hands-on, structured and independent — you see what needs doing and happily get it done
- You are friendly, communicative and welcoming with team, guests and service providers
- You handle orders, expenses (PLEO) and office access carefully and trustworthily
- Fluent German and solid English for our international team
Bonus Points
First experience in office management, reception, hospitality or retail is a plus, but really not a must — motivated career changers are very welcome
